Meet Nancy West, the 61-Year-Old Who Feels 31

In a few short weeks since she heard of The Longevity Clinic, much has changed for the better for Nancy West, a professor of English at the University of Missouri.

“I’m 61, but I feel 31,” says Nancy.

“I’m seeing this next phase of life as full of possibilities rather than compromises and concessions.”

“I want to take up swimming, go back to running races, and plan my vacations around activities like hiking and bike riding….

…so that when I sit down to a fabulous meal in a fabulous restaurant in a fabulous part of the world, I’ll feel like I deserve every bite of it.”

“I also want to spend every single spare moment in my garden.”

“My overall habits are much better, and I find myself in a far more positive frame of mind,” she says.
Nancy had already been working with the clinic’s co-founder Marmar Atallah, a personal trainer who is also a nutrition and lifestyle expert.

But a serious issue remained.

“I have had a long history of insomnia. In November of 2024, my sleeping problems grew worse.”

Marmar suggested Nancy consult his colleague Dr. Mohammad Jarbou, the clinic’s other co-founder who is a medical doctor board-certified in sleep medicine and clinical informatics, among many other advanced qualifications.

The payoff for Nancy?
“A sleep hygiene regime that has helped work wonders. ”

Nancy describes Marmar and Dr. Jarbou as both being “incredibly professional” while also being “warm, friendly, and funny…which I appreciate!”

Nancy says:

“Marmar has impressed upon me just how valuable strength training is. He also has a vast knowledge of nutrition and overall health, so I’ve learned a great deal from him about supplements, exercises, and various professionals to see.”

Nancy sees Marmar three times a week for strength training and overall health improvement and says:

“I now exercise more than I have ever done and eat even more conscientiously.”

“Dr. Jarbou convinced me to get a smart watch, so we can monitor my heart and sleep information. I was reluctant since smart watches are big and ugly, and I’m a bit of a clothes horse.

“But the watch has become my best friend.”

All of which speaks volumes about the holistic approach that is core to The Longevity Clinic’s success in changing the lives of high achievers who want more out of life.

“There is no magic bullet or one-size-fits-all approach,” says Dr. Jarbou.

“Everything must be handcrafted just for you, based on the latest data-driven scientific breakthroughs combined with the compassion the best ‘old school’ doctors have always provided.”

“It’s really the ideal blending of the old and the new in a concierge model with the highest possible level of caring.”
