Dr. Mohammad Jarbou, MD, FCCP, M.sc (Health Informatics), ABPM-Clinical Informatics, ABIM-Critical Care, ABIM-Sleep Medicine
Dr. Mohammad Jarbou is a board-certified physician with specialized expertise in pulmonary medicine, internal medicine, critical care, sleep medicine, and clinical informatics. With over 20 years of experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of respiratory and critical care conditions, Dr. Jarbou has developed a reputation for providing exceptional patient care and leveraging the latest advances in medical science.
In 2024, Dr. Jarbou collaborated with Personal Trainer and Nutritionist Marmar Atallah to bridge the gap between traditional medicine and cutting-edge health practices. They founded The Longevity Clinic, a holistic health center that helps people live longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives
Dr. Jarbou’s mission is to provide patients with the tools to proactively manage their health. The focus is on early detection, personalized treatment plans, and sustainable lifestyle changes
Dr. Jarbou explains: “In my years of practice, I noticed a gap in the way we approach preventive care. While early detection and lifestyle changes are crucial for longevity, they often get overlooked. At The Longevity Clinic, we take a more integrated approach, using advanced biomarkers and personalized plans based on a comprehensive understanding of each patient's unique health needs and life story.”
In his personal time, Dr. Jarbou enjoys hiking, traveling, and exploring new wellness practices that complement his passion for both modern medicine and preventative health.
Marmar Atallah, NASM-CPT, Pn1, IoM, FLEX
Marmar Atallah is an experienced personal trainer and nutritionist with over 12 years of expertise in helping clients achieve their fitness goals. He is a certified NASM-CPT Coach, certified by Precision Nutrition as Level 1 Coach, and holds additional certifications from the Institute of Motion (IoM) and FLEX. Marmar has successfully guided more than 400 clients in their transformations—whether through fat loss, muscle building, or improving metabolic health.
In addition to his training expertise, Marmar brings a decade of experience as a supplements consultant and nutrition counselor, providing holistic guidance on diet, supplementation, and sustainable health practices.
Like many of his clients, Marmar has faced personal challenges along his journey. During the pandemic, the stresses of gym closures, managing a business, and becoming a father led him to develop the “Dad Bod” that he had always worked hard to avoid.
But Marmar took ownership of his health, embracing a mindset of resilience and balance. As he puts it: “I decided to take control of what I could and stop blaming myself. I even made sure to do at least one fun thing a week to stay grounded
Marmar’s unique approach to coaching is rooted in his personal experience. He understands the struggles of balancing fitness with real life, and this empathy allows him to connect with clients on a deeper level. Tammy Backman
Tammy is a passionate health and fitness advocate with a Bachelor of Science from
Auburn University. After a 13-year career as a medical practice manager, she now
focuses on empowering individuals, especially perimenopausal and menopausal
women, to embrace healthy aging. She's dedicated to changing negative mindsets
around aging and helping others take control of their health journey.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Tammy cherishes her role as a wife and mother to four grown children. She is excitedly anticipating the arrival of her first grandchild, an event that further fuels her passion for promoting health across generations.
Her mission is summed up in her own words:
"My passion is to inspire, encourage and partner with others to take steps towards
optimizing their health and longevity. Aging is inevitable, but we DO have the ability to
